Front of House Manager
Location: Can be based from any of our GTUK offices outside of London.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid working with national travel.

We aim to provide best-in-class office environments designed to support our ways of working and aligned with our sustainable property guidelines. The Property and FM teams at Grant Thornton manage the firm’s estate and enhance the experience of our people within those spaces.
We are creating a new team of Front of House specialists through an outsourced provider, and we need someone with experience to deliver exceptional client and employee experiences. This team will ensure colleagues look forward to visiting our offices, have what they need to work effectively, and will own the guest experience, making clients and visitors feel valued and leave with a positive impression of Grant Thornton.
Role Overview:
As a Front of House Manager within our Property and FM team, your responsibilities will include:
* Owning the outsourced FoH contract to develop service excellence, set service levels, and drive ESG initiatives.
* Leading and inspiring the FoH team to provide outstanding customer service, including managing client and internal events.
* Collaborating with stakeholders such as location leads, landlords, managing agents, neighbors, suppliers, consultants, and colleagues to deliver a top-tier office experience. Continuously improving the office environment.
Candidate Profile:
The minimum criteria for this role include strong experience in contract and office management, effective team management and motivation skills, and willingness to travel across UK offices as needed.
Preferred skills include:
* Customer service and leadership experience in a corporate setting.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial awareness, proactivity, organization, and collaboration skills.
* H&S knowledge related to office management and understanding of landlord/tenant roles in multi-let buildings.
* Interest in ESG and driving sustainable change.
