About the role At a glance Salary range - Salary up to £10,400 per annum depending on skills and experience Contract type - Permanent Work Pattern - 15 hours per week, within Operational Core hours which can be discussed at interview Location - Bracknell VMU About the role As an Administration Assistant, you will support the John Lewis Partnership’s Commercial Vehicle Fleet (vans and trucks) to achieve the Central Transport maintenance strategy. You will ensure parts stock available and levels are maintained, as well as ensuring the timely booking on in-house and 3rd party fleet maintenance and repair. You will update the Fleet Maintenance system with all relevant information, ensuring excellent communication at all stages.
