About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Site Waste Coordinator. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for the day to day management of site waste operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent service delivery.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards across site waste management while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing daily waste operations across the site, ensuring all waste areas and bins are serviced and maintained
* Coordinating waste collections and exchanges with service providers
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health & safety policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
* Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across all waste areas
* Communicating regularly with customers, providing updates and responding to queries
* Working closely with Operations and HSEQ teams to drive continuous improvements and innovations
* Carrying out routine inspections of waste areas to maintain compliance
* Completing essential administrative tasks such as scanning documentation, reporting, and email communication
* Operating a forklift truck when required (training provided if needed)
