Ty Gobaith provides transitional hostel accommodation and person centred support, focusing on the strengths and abilities of those who call our life house their home.

The role of Support Worker with The Salvation Army is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for clients. As a motivated and dynamic Support Worker you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. You will address client support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles.
The successful candidate will:
1. Be able to work as part of a team, supporting colleague across the centre to deliver high quality support.
2. You will be proactive in taking on duty management responsibilities and assisting in the successful operation of the Life House.
