Salesforce Administrator | Fully Remote (UK) | Circa £45K
We're working with an established, award-winning UK software company with a large global user base who are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to take full ownership of their platform. Fully remote, work from anywhere in the UK.
About the role
You'll be the go-to person for Salesforce across the business, keeping the platform stable, clean and working hard for the teams that rely on it. Reporting to the CIO and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Support and Operations, you'll own everything from configuration and automation through to reporting, data integrity and user training. There's real scope to shape and improve the environment here, not just maintain it, including supporting an ongoing Marketing Cloud implementation on the data side.
What you'll be doing
* Configuring objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules and Flows
* Managing users, profiles, roles, permissions and security
* Keeping data accurate through imports, cleansing, deduplication and regular audits
* Building reports and dashboards that drive decisions
* Supporting and training users across the business
* Identifying improvements and supporting projects across the platform
What you'll need
* Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
* Demonstrable hands-on admin experience in a commercial environment
* Strong with Flows, validation rules and automation
* Solid on profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules and security
* Confident with data management and report and dashboard building
* A clear communicator who can support non-technical users
Nice to have
* Exposure to Marketing Cloud, integrations or APIs
* Awareness of Lightning Web Components or Apex
* Advanced Administrator or Cloud Consultant certifications
