A leading private equity firm is seeking an immediately available Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a fast-paced, global environment where you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones.
* Coordinate extensive international travel and preparing detailed itineraries
* Processing expenses and managing travel logs (including clearing backlogs in Concur).
* Scheduling internal and external meetings, interviews, and team activities.
* Prepare and format documents (Word, PowerPoint).
* Liaise with UK, EU, and U.S. offices and act as a key point of contact.
* Assisting with events, team initiatives, and board meetings, including venue sourcing and speaker coordination.
* Ensuring clear, professional communication and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
* Immediate availability.
* 5+ years’ experience as an EA within private equity, investment banking, asset management, or a fast-paced corporate setting.
* At least 2 years’ experience directly within private equity and familiarity with deal team support.
* Experience supporting deal teams (essential).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to handle shifting priorities.
* Polished communication and confident stakeholder management.
* Advanced MS Office skills.
* A proactive, solution-oriented, “no task too big or small” attitude
