Are you passionate about education and supporting young people to achieve their potential? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Group Tutorial Learning Coach to join our team and play a vital role in preparing students for life beyond college.
In this role, you will deliver a broad programme of engaging tutorial sessions that support students' personal and professional development. Aimed at enhancing employability skills, promoting healthy living, safeguarding, equality and diversity, British values, the Prevent agenda, e safety, and addressing other relevant issues impacting our students. You will also play a key role in implementing Student Voice throughout the College, ensuring students' voices are heard and actively contributing to the development of our college community.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is considering a career in teaching or for someone with existing teaching experience who wants to contribute to shaping learners' futures.
The successful candidate will be required to possess a level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area and PTLLS qualification (or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification within 1 year) or a suitable related qualification. It is desirable that the candidate will also possess IT qualification, Level 2 Equal ity & Diversity, a degree or equivalent professional qualification and Level 2 in Literacy.
