We're seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join our team in Kings Lynn, supporting a business with an annual turnover of approximately £20 million.
The OpportunityReporting directly to the Head of Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role while the wider finance team focuses on a major system implementation. This is a 6-month interim assignment, with hybrid working and a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the reforecasting process in January 2026, ensuring accuracy and stakeholder alignment
2. Drive the budgeting process from February onwards, collaborating with budget holders across the organisation
3. Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather insights and align financial plans
4. Maintain rigorous balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial integrity
5. Support across various areas of the finance function, bringing a flexible, all-rounder mindset
