An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior IT Project Manager to join our team at Hampshire County Council.

:Keep all the key players up to date with progress on your projects.
:Have excellent communications and interpersonal skills to give confidence and clarity as a project manager.
:Keep detailed records of the key features of your projects.
:Manage risks and issues within your projects.
:Manage your project resources and project budgets effectively.
:Lead small project teams to successful delivery.
:Have an opportunity to learn and develop into a more experienced project manager.

:Passionate about delivery projects to time, cost and quality.
:A natural organiser with close attention to detail.
:Someone with a keen interest and a good level of understanding of IT and technology.
:A clear communicator who can translate and summarise technical project information into clear, concise and easy to understand communications.
:Good at keeping project records up to date.
:A working understanding of industry standard project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
:Analytical, curious, and always looking for smarter ways of working.
