The role is diverse, rewarding and fast paced. In this role you will support clients with their holiday needs through various means such as face to face, social media, online and over the phone.?? * Create and book unforgettable experiences, tailored exactly to your customer’s needs?
* Confidently communicate with prospect clients, through a wide range of channels including online live chats, social media, telephone enquiries and face-to-face conversation?

* Ensuring sales targets are met and working as a team to contribute to your branch’s overall targets?
What we’re looking for:??
* Previous experience working in a retail travel environment?
* Previous experience of managing a team?
