About the Role:
As part of our commitment to inclusive and affirmative student support, this role focuses on ensuring disabled and neurodivergent students have equal access to academic life at ARU. Youll work directly with students to identify their needs, develop tailored reasonable adjustment plans, and provide mentoring and study skills guidance. Collaboration is keyyoull liaise with teams across the university to deliver a joined-up approach that makes a real difference to student success.
To thrive in this role, youll be educated to degree level and bring strong communication skills alongside experience supporting individuals with a wide range of disabilities in education. Youll have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by disabled and neurodivergent students in university, as well as knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice in inclusive education.
