You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment across apprenticeship standards and further education courses. You’ll also lead on curriculum development, manage classroom environments, and support learners in achieving their full potential.

Essential Criteria
* Professional technical qualification at Level 3 or above, or a relevant degree
* Minimum Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy
* Substantial industrial experience in plumbing and gas
* Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
* Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons and assess learners across FE and apprenticeship programmes
* Develop curriculum materials and contribute to subject area innovation
* Lead and coordinate course teams to ensure effective programme delivery
* Support learners through coaching, mentoring, and guidance
* Participate in recruitment, enrolment, and quality assurance processes
