This is a key role supporting a diverse, multi-site operation, where you will take ownership of developing and embedding a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across the business. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, driving best practice, and influencing positive behavioural change. The Opportunity Key responsibilities will include: * Develop, implement and continually improve health, safety and environmental policies in line with current legislation * Lead on risk assessments, fire safety compliance and statutory obligations across multiple sites * Oversee accident reporting, investigations and ensure timely regulatory reporting * Conduct site inspections, audits and hazard reporting processes * Deliver engaging health & safety training programmes to staff at all levels * Maintain accurate records relating to incidents, compliance and training * Liaise with external bodies including regulatory authorities and specialist advisors * Support contractor management processes, including compliance under CDM regulations * Promote a proactive, positive safety culture acr...
