Are you an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a talented developer to help drive their digital transformation and deliver engaging customer journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Working closely with marketing, CRM, and digital teams, you’ll create seamless, personalised campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive measurable results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and developing Marketing Cloud solutions including automations, journeys, and campaigns
* Building and optimising customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
* Developing advanced AMPscript, SQL queries, and dynamic content for personalised communications
* Integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with core Salesforce CRM and other platforms
* Ensuring best practices in data management, compliance, and deliverability
* Supporting marketing teams with technical expertise and training where needed
About You
We’re looking for a developer who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for delivering impactful marketing solutions. You’ll be confident working independently in a fully remote role and enjoy collaborating across teams.
Essential skills & experience:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
* Strong hands-on skills with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
* Expertise in AMPscript and SQL for dynamic personalisation and data segmentation
* Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM
* Good understanding of data protection, GDPR, and compliance in a regulated environment
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (highly desirable)
