What Youll
* Own & Drive the technical development of high-performance sportswear from concept to delivery
* Lead fit sessions, ensuring precision fit, movement, and comfort across all products
* Partner with design and product teams to optimise fabric, trims, and construction
* Collaborate with global suppliers to deliver right-first-time quality
* Ensure compliance with performance, durability, and testing standards
* Manage timelines to hit critical milestones in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
What You Bring
* Strong experience in sportswear / activewear / performance apparel
* Deep knowledge of technical fabrics, stretch, seam construction, and fit for movement
* Confident running fit sessions and influencing cross-functional teams
* Detail-focused with a passion for product excellence
* Comfortable working with international suppliers
