What you will do
* Lead the development of our foundation model training on huge proprietary datasets
* Experiment with new methods and ideas to improve the model’s core capabilities
* Evaluate and improve the performance of our models on a variety of use cases
* Develop tools to facilitate data and modeling iteration
* Work together with other scientists, engineers, and product teams to ship new applications of our foundation model
About you
* Hands-on experience with large language models
* Design complex software and make it usable in production
* Strong scientific track record in a field of science
* Team-player, self-starter and autonomous
* Collaborative with a team-player mindset
And ideally:
* Worked with large-scale deep learning systems in production
* Published extensively in top-tier ML conferences
* Experience in and appetite for working in small, rapidly growing teams or companies
