Job Details
* Job Title: Occupational Therapist
* Location: Newbarn School and residential homes, Berkshire RG20 8HZ
* Salary: £50k+ (pro rata, DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 upon completion of your final probation period. T&Cs apply)
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
* Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
* Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required

About the role
Are you a clinician excited to work during times of transformative change? Do you have a keen interest in working with neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD), complex and developmental trauma, and complex needs? Do you want to help create a nationally important resource backed by a leading provider of education and care for young people with SEN? If so, this role is for you!
The post holder will develop OT-specific therapeutic services tailored to individuals with varying levels of functioning, many diagnosed with autism and related needs such as trauma. A systemic and formulation-based approach is required for these complex needs.
You will join a multidisciplinary team including Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and other professionals, all committed to holistic, integrated care, education, and clinical services.
We seek a practitioner with a clear vision of outstanding therapeutic services, driven, motivated, resilient, and capable of working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
