Your responsibilities will include coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety, while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success and foster positive stakeholder relationships.What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally within small works or fit-out projects. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members. Knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management methodologies. A relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure to ensure project milestones are met.
