Commercial & Residential Property Lawyer (Fully Remote)
We are currently working with a growing and well-established firm seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join their expanding team on a fully remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer to take on a varied caseload across both residential and commercial property, with a particular focus on investor led work.
The Role
You will play a key role within a busy and supportive property team, handling a broad mix of work, including:
* Acting for property investors and developers on residential and some commercial acquisitions (essential)
* Commercial property matters
* Straightforward residential conveyancing transactions
The firm is experiencing significant growth, particularly in conveyancing, and offers a strong pipeline of high-quality work.
About You
To be considered, you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer
* Have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in commercial property
* Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Have strong experience working remotely (essential for this role)
* Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
* Be highly organised, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure
* Have a strong billing track record

You will be part of a well-established property department, covering residential conveyancing, commercial property, investor work, and specialist leasehold matters.
