Account Director

Amber Labs is on an exciting growth trajectory, and we are looking for an ambitious, experienced, and results-driven Account Director to join our team and contribute to our expansion plans. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in the Data, Governance, and Cloud Consultancy space, ideally gained at a System Integrator or a smaller technical consultancy. You should have a proven record of building and maintaining successful client relationships, consistently exceeding sales targets, and growing strategic accounts through exceptional business development and relationship management.

This role demands a strong analytical mindset, expert project management skills, and a goal-oriented approach, combined with outstanding leadership capabilities.

Develop and execute strategic account plans, mapping client needs to company capabilities to exceed targets.
Define and measure success through metrics, health scores, and KPIs for your accounts and any Account Managers under your leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and consulting, to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
Contribute to improving customer success processes, leveraging experience for team efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive experience in the technical consultancy industry, with a strong focus on account management and business development.
Demonstrable track record of exceeding revenue targets, securing renewals, and successfully expanding accounts.

Experience of both Direct and Indirect customer success models.
Previous experience in a managerial role, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to drive a high-performance team.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
