TikTok Shop - Fashion Account Manager, London
Responsibilities
* Drive and manage account partnerships to ensure merchant growth and development.
* Develop and execute growth plans with merchants to achieve business targets.
* Collaborate with creator managers to produce high-quality eCommerce content and drive GMV through detailed collaboration.
* Work closely with key stakeholder teams to align goals and actions.
* Utilize data effectively to understand pain points and prioritize solutions.
* Deeply understand sellers' needs and capture their pain points, escalating internally when relevant.
* Design strategies to improve sellers' revenue growth.
* Utilize data proficiently to identify opportunities and prioritize solutions.
Qualifications
* Minimum Qualifications: Experience in account management with a focus on category growth.
* Expert knowledge of retail landscape, consumer demands, and e-commerce trends.
* Experience using social media platforms, especially TikTok, in a professional capacity.
* Fast learner with a good sense of judgment.
* Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and data skills.
* Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
Preferred Qualifications
* Proficiency in managing ads and paid media campaigns.
* Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
* Familiarity with data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Strong understanding of the Fashion industry landscape and UK market experience.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to fast-paced environments. Tech/e-commerce background preferred.
* Knowledge about TikTok's TTS Model: Familiarity with TikTok's TTS model and the ability to explain its benefits to merchants.
