Job Description
At Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, ensuring the safety and well-being of our colleagues, guests, and visitors is a top priority. As an Engineering Paint Supervisor, your attentiveness, efficiency, and commitment will help keep our hotel a safe and enjoyable workplace and travel destination.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Providing professional, engaging, and friendly service
* Maintaining the overall facility
* Organizing, inventorying, and procuring paint and finishing supplies
* Reviewing daily maintenance logs
* Overseeing a team of painters in daily operations
* Assisting guests with hotel facilities in an informative and helpful manner
* Following department policies, procedures, and service standards
* Adhering to all safety policies
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience is an asset
* At least 3 years of engineering experience in a hotel setting required
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications is helpful but not required
* Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
