Job Title: Year 4 Teacher (Temporary)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons, as well as attending parent evenings to discuss student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum continuity and progression.
5. Attend parent evenings to communicate effectively with parents and carers.
6. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably in Year 4.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
