Mess Manager£32,782 Per Annum40 hours per weekThe Mess Manager will oversee the day to day services and hospitality for any functions. You will manage a team ensuring that stock and kitchen needs are met whilst ensuring the excellent delivery of the catering and maintaining high standards throughout the accommodation. As the Mess Manager you\'ll have full financial responsibility, working with the client to produce weekly and monthly financial reports.
