* Responsible for the overall sales execution, planning, forecasting, and growth.
* Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
* Achieve and exceed budget sales and gross margin targets with customers.
* Ensure all reports, plans, forecasts, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and timely, meeting all reporting deadlines set by senior management.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, marketing, product management, etc.
* Manage, mentor, develop, and coach sales team members.
* Assist and provide guidance to sales team members on key decision-makers at customers, helping guide them through sales, account management, and business development processes, removing roadblocks.
* Communicate the strategic plan timely and effectively with all key stakeholders.
* Plan customer-facing time and call cycles efficiently to maximize time management, diligently completing call reports on CRM.
* Provide regular and relevant feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and progress towards business objectives.
* Attend industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, and related events.
* Analyze the current market position, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
