An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Legal secretary to join a small law firm in Leeds. Working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9.00am to 5.00pm (Friday).
Responsibilities
* Document preparation.
* Audio typing.
* Reception duties.
* Photocopying client documents including proof of identity / address.
* Applying for land registry documents.
* Applying for property searches.
* Carrying out different property searches.
* Attending to online completion of Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns.
* Online completion of Land Registry applications.
* Preparation of draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
* General office administration duties including filing and stationery control.
Qualifications / Candidate
* Must have experience of audio typing.
* Must have conveyancing / property experience.
* Organised and methodical.
