We are looking for a dedicated and motivatedStore Team Leaderto join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coaching a team of Customer Service Advisors and ensuring that the store operations run smoothly.
What key skills and experience are we looking for?
* Coach, motivate and train the Customer Service Advisors to provide excellent customer service.
* Monitor the performance of the Sales Advisors and provide feedback and coaching as required.
* Appetite to learn – Whether it's the products we sell, mixing paint, or our other in store services and procedures – the opportunities to learn will be endless!
* Previous customer facing experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor or similar - Whether in trade, retail or hospitality.
* Flexibility – Our stores are open 7 days a week, with opening times generally from 6:30am – 7pm with reduced hours at the weekends.
