This role is perfect for someone who's self-motivated, positive, and ready to take ownership of driving sales across our online customer accounts. You'll play a key part in identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and maximising growth in one of the most dynamic sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of foodservice accounts via phone and email in partnership with Account Manager
* Engage with new and existing customers through calls, emails, and digital outreach
* Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales and upsell/cross-sell relevant products
* Understand customer needs, and convert enquiries into orders
* Maintain accurate records and update customer interactions through CRM systems
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to drive consistent customer service
* Support digital promotional campaigns and encourage customer adoption of online ordering
* Hit targets that support business growth

* Strong ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer requirements
* Great at handling objections and creating solutions

* Comfortable reporting figures clearly

* Experience in foodservice sales, customer service, or B2B outbound roles
