We are currently recruiting for a Production Chef to join our catering team in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable individual with a passion for food preparation and customer service. The successful candidate will support the daily catering operation by preparing and serving food and beverages to a high standard while ensuring full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve food and beverages to company standards
* Complete kitchen ordering and HACCP documentation
* Support the daily catering operation and Chef Manager
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Operate the EPOS till system
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and vending machines onsite
* Follow all food safety, health & safety, and company procedures
* Support across all catering areas as required
Qualifications
* Previous catering experience
* Good cooking knowledge and food safety awareness
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Able to work well under pressure
* Positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
* Able to work independently and use initiative
