About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our dynamic facilities management team. This is a mobile role, so you will be traveling between sites to carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.You will be responsible for delivering high-quality work across multiple trades, ensuring our clients’ properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out a range of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
2. Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
3. Ensure all workplies with health and safety regulations.
4. Provide excellent customer service while working on client sites.
Requirements
5. Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role.
6. Strong skills across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating, etc.).
7. Full UK driving licence.
8. Must own a reliable van for travel between sites.
9. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
