Overview My client is currently seeking a Workshop Manager to lead and oversee a busy production and workshop environment. This role would suit an experienced, hands-on manager with a strong mechanical engineering background and proven experience supervising workshop or production teams. The position is responsible for coordinating daily operations, driving productivity and quality, and ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
