Quantity Surveyor – South Devon

As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take the lead on project costing and commercial management across a range of developments – from initial feasibility to final accounts. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful financial outcomes while helping shape the future growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets
* Handle tender processes and contract negotiations
* Administer contracts and manage subcontractor payments
* Monitor project variations, risk, and financial reporting
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure commercial alignment
Applicants should possess:
* Experience within a main contractor
* Ideally qualified to degree or HNC level in Construction or Quantity Surveying or working towards
* Confident communication and negotiation skills
* Fully IT literate and numeric
* Keen to continue professional development and career progression
* Relevant driving licence
