* First year : Stage 1 Account Manager : GBP30,000
* 12+ months :Stage 2 Account Manager : GBP35,000
* 24+ months : Stage 3 Senior Account Manager : GBP40,000
* 36+ months :Stage 4 Account Partner : GBP45,000
* 48+ months : Stage 5 Senior Account Partner : GBP50,000 plus company car

A typical day
* Conducting outreach to prospective customers and building new business relationships.
* Arranging and attending customer appointments, both virtually and face to face.
* Building relationships with new and existing customers to understand their business and logistics requirements.
* Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts and developing commercial opportunities for growth.
* Working with our Operations Teams to develop tailored logistics solutions for customers.
* Preparing quotations, presenting proposals and supporting customers throughout their journey.
* Developing your logistics knowledge and commercial skills through ongoing learning and coaching.

* Do you hold a minimum 2:1 degree?
* Do you have a minimum of 6 months customer facing experience?
* Are you confident in reaching out and instigating conversations with potential customers?
* Are you motivated by targets, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities?
