The team
The Partnerships team plays a key role in driving iwoca's customer acquisition by delivering cutting-edge embedded finance solutions to small businesses through our powerful Lending API. Working with a diverse range of partners, from globally recognised names to dynamic micro businesses, helping them unlock new growth opportunities. The team is a mix of commercial, technical, and analytical experts, all united to maximise value from both new and existing partnerships. This role will report into the Head of Partnerships, playing a pivotal part in accelerating the growth of our partnerships channel and taking iwoca's impact to the next level.
The role
Driving Commercial Impact:
* Performance monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyse application funnel performance, identifying trends, drop-offs, and high-impact optimisation opportunities.
* Identify growth opportunities: Proactively identify and execute scalable growth initiatives across existing partnerships to drive revenue generation.
* Improve customer journeys: Deep-dive into how customers arrive to us through partner platforms to transform user experiences into seamless, high-converting journeys.
Relationship Management:
* Partner support: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, delivering timely support while driving engagement through the consistent delivery of product insights and development updates.
* Voice of the partner: Collect partner feedback and use this to influence product road map and drive the evolution of our offering.
* Support new partner acquisition: Working with the partner development team to pitch high-value prospects, providing the operational expertise and performance insights to accelerate deal closure.
Operational Excellence:
* Problem solving: Act as the first line of defence when challenges arise with partners by engaging stakeholders and communicating clearly how the problem will be addressed.
* Reporting & invoicing: Lead the invoicing process and performance tracking to ensure partner trust through transparent reporting.
The requirements
Essential:
* At least 1 year experience working with partners or clients in a similar setting.
* Outstanding communicator, able to inspire a wide range of stakeholders.
* Analytical with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
* A commercially savvy operator, able to spot growth opportunities where others don't.
* A positive mindset and eager to learn.
* Educated to degree level or higher.
Bonus:
* Experience in fintech, banking, payments or similar industry.
* An understanding of API integrations.
The salary
We expect to pay from £40,000 - £45, % quarterly OTE bonus) for this role. But, we're open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
