My client is seeking a People Operations Analyst to support their HR operations team. This is a data-focused role ideal for someone experienced with HRIS, process improvement, and data analysis. The successful candidate will help streamline HR processes, manage HR data, and support future initiatives, including automation and AI projects.
Location: Cambridge shire – On-site 5 days per week
Hours: Full-time - Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and analyse HR data using HRIS (SAP)
Streamline HR processes and support operational HR projects
Support payroll and benefits administration as required
Conduct data tasks, including Excel-based exercisesCandidate Profile:
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Data-savvy with experience in HRIS (SAP preferred)
Comfortable with coding, automation, or AI-related HR processes
Confident communicator, able to work with international employees
