Job Description
We're currently recruiting for a shift leader/ shfit supervisor to join our lively team, on a flexible full-time basis, of around 25-45 hours a week. You'll need to have a proven track record as a great supervisor, able to lead a small restaurant team on shifts that you are in charge.
We'll show you our processes and you'll work closely with the owner and management team to help run our popular, friendly and casual steakhouse restaurant.
Of massive importance to us is your ability to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, have great conversations, and to offer real guest-focused service. If you've got a natural, warm personality, you'll fit in perfectly.
We will offer full training to ensure you're well equipped and well supported, but this role is for someone with experience in a supervisory capacity, or an experienced member of waiting team who is ready to progress.
As a Front of House Shift Supervisor - your duties will include managing bookings, welcoming guests, taking orders at the table, running food, and helping with daily cleaning tasks around the business, plus dealing with guest queries.
You'll be looking after a small team during each shift, communicating with the kitchen team, looking after daily cleaning checklists and due diligence paperwork, counting cash and stock, and opening and closing of the business.
We'll guarantee you'll earn at least £14.00 per hour when including tips, and top up your wage if your tips don't earn you this, but you're likely to earn significantly more - with an average of £17-18 per hour.
