Job Objectives:
Integrated inventory planning process that aligns to demand, supply, strategic and financial objectives
Lead UK forecasting process to support profitable growth and exceptional customer experience.
Gather, analyse inventory data and use it in a meaningful way to understand the root cause of inventory issues, mitigate BO risks and identify opportunities for reduction of write offs.
Track and produce data relating to KPI's and provide insight into any identifiable trends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead forecast reviews with product management, sales and lab team to accurately plan future demand.
Regular backorder review, working with supply chain and product management to expedite deliveries and improve customer service.
Maintain and validate safety stock holding policies.
Plan loan set builds according to market insights and operational capacity.
Identify inventory optimisation opportunities to reduce write off value.
Collaborate with UK product management and Supply chain to combine data with insights.
Regular reporting of forecast, excess stock, loan set performance KPIs.
Proactively analyse and identify root causes of write offs, recommend data-based solutions.
Deliver analysis on excess inventory to reduce the associated negative provisions in P&L.
The job holder also agrees to take over other reasonable duties which correspond to his/her abilities if instructed to do so by the management/supervisor.
Education and professional experience:
Bachelors Degree Or 3+ Years industry experience/knowledge
General requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrate ability to work independently.
Apply knowledge and experience with minimal guidance for routine tasks.
Excellent time management and prioritisation.

Working Arrangements:
Full-time Monday to Friday (40 hours /week).
