Job Description: As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need for smooth service. You will support your team by encouraging teamwork and maintaining high standards for every dish served.
Qualifications: As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will:
* Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
* Maintain hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.
* Deputise for management and resolve issues in their absence.
* Help organise and coordinate the team during busy periods.
* Work effectively under pressure and adapt to challenges during service.

* Lead by example, maintaining high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
