My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Food & Beverage to lead the culinary operations across multiple venues. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the dining experience for over 100,000 guests annually.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement F&B strategy for 25+ public dining products and 300+ private events
2. Lead and mentor kitchen, front-of-house, and event delivery teams
3. Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and F&B quality
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and licensing authorities
5. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven track record in F&B management or event management
2. Strong leadership and change management skills
3. Customer-centric approach with a focus on excellence
4. Experience in upscale restaurants and high-volume catering establishments
5. Degree in hospitality management or related field
