What you’ll be doing
* Reviewing, drafting, and advising on a broad portfolio of commercial contracts.
* Acting as the first point of contact for legal queries—resolving issues proactively and escalating where appropriate.
* Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives, including due diligence and cross‑functional coordination.
* Identifying legal risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies in collaboration with the legal team.
* Managing multiple projects at pace while coordinating internal stakeholders and external counsel.
* Partnering with local legal advisors to ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulations.
About you
* Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with strong commercial and business awareness.
* Experience in a commercial or contract‑focused legal environment.
* Confident working on cross‑border, multi‑jurisdictional matters.
* Exceptional communicator able to influence and build relationships at every level.
* Highly organised, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
