Marketing Manager
Relvant Five is partnering with a rapidly expanding Digital Agency to identify a strong Marketing Manager with a proven track record in lead generation and digital marketing. This role is central to driving business growth by developing and executing strategies that attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience with a wide range of digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
* Implement inbound and outbound strategies to grow the sales pipeline.
* Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) align with business goals.
* Manage digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
* Optimise campaigns for ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.
* Oversee website performance, landing pages, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
* Plan, budget, and report on marketing initiatives to stakeholders.
* Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across funnels.
* Develop content calendars and oversee creative assets for digital campaigns.
* Track and analyse campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
* Report on KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI of marketing activities.
* Use insights to inform and continuously improve campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience
* 4+ years in marketing roles with significant experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
* Proven ability to deliver qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content distribution.
* Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms
* Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
