Stream: International (Cambridge) Application Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, Primary Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* Teaching certification in Early Childhood Education is an advantage
* Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
* Minimum 2 years of experience working with children aged 4–5 in a Preschool or early childhood setting
* Strong colloboration and self-management skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & MS Teams), experience with educational technology and software.
* Experience as a homeroom teacher or lead teacher in an early years environment is preferred
Main responsibilities:
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children aged 3–6
* Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the school’s curriculum and early years learning goals
* Prepare materials and learning areas in advance to ensure a dynamic and organized classroom environment
* Establish clear and consistent routines that support behavior expectations and classroom management
* Foster positive relationships with children to support their well-being, confidence, and independence
* Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and development using appropriate tools and strategies
* Attend staff meetings, parent conferences, school events, and professional development sessions as required
* Uphold the school’s values, policies, and safeguarding procedures at all times
* Support children in daily routines such as dressing, eating, hygiene, and transitions throughout the day
