We're recruiting Social Workers through to Senior / Advanced Practitioners to join Lichfield AST 1, a supportive and well-established team of 4 practitioners working with children and families to make lasting change 💙
👩👧👦 The Role:
You'll be responsible for a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
✨ Child & Family Assessments
✨ Managing PLO
✨ Child Protection Plans
✨ Care Proceedings
✨ Progressing Adoption Plans
💷 Pay Rates (in line with MOU):
✅ Social Worker (Band 1) - ASYE + 2 years' experience: £28.55/hr
✅ Senior Social Worker (Band 2) - ASYE + 3 years' experience: £30.57/hr
✅ Advanced / Senior Practitioner / Assistant Team Manager -
Includes caseload + supervisory / practice development duties: £33.30/hr
