As a Global Leader of our Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) offering, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund & SPV structures that our clients can depend upon. Our Cosec services is one of our fastest growing global ancillary business supporting our core Administration services across the Alternative Asset servicing industry.
Qualifications
About You:
* 15+ years of relevant experience in corporate services, with significant leadership experience
* Advanced degree in relevant field (Law, Business, Finance) and/or professional qualifications in Corporate Secretarial practice
* Deep understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks and comprehensive Alternative Asset structures knowledge
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
* Excellence in stakeholder management and relationship building
* Proven expertise in business process optimization and change management
* Exceptional leadership abilities with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
Your Role
Lead the global strategic direction, development, and execution of Citco's Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) services as a key ancillary service offering, while driving the implementation of the Future Target Operating Model (TOM), location strategy, centralized client servicing and integration within Citco’s global servicing platform. Responsible for delivering ambitious financial goals, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving transformation objectives across all regions.

CoSec Advisory Committee which includes Heads of Lines of Business, Global Operations and Transformation Office
Strategic Leadership & Transformation
* Drive implementation of the Future Target Operating Model for CoSec services globally
* Lead digitization initiatives and integration across business lines while maintaining CoSec independence
* Execute scale and complexity management strategies with robust risk and control frameworks
Financial Performance & Business Development
* Overall P&L responsibility for global CoSec business with ambitious revenue growth targets
* Monitor cost/revenue metrics and drive operational efficiency improvements
* Spearhead marketing initiatives, client acquisition, and strategic business development
* Lead high-level client pitches, negotiations, and contract management
Client & Stakeholder Management
* Build strategic relationships with key clients and prospects ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Serve as director for select legal entities, maintaining compliance and safeguarding Citco's interests
* Foster collaboration with other Lines of Business and group functions
Product Innovation & Operations
* Lead continuous evolution of CoSec product offerings and platform consolidation
* Oversee operational architecture development and technological advancement
* Drive global consistency in service delivery and value-added services integration
People Leadership & Change Management
* Build and lead high-performing global teams through organizational transformation
* Implement talent management strategies and drive employee engagement
* Lead change management initiatives and staff retraining for TOM implementation
