The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality dental services. Duties
* Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring that all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
* Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with health regulations and confidentiality standards.
* Carry out sterilisation of instruments and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area to uphold infection control protocols.
* Manage appointment scheduling, including follow-up appointments, to ensure optimal patient flow.
* Utilize IT systems for patient management and record keeping, demonstrating proficiency in relevant software applications.
* Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure seamless operations within the practice.
Requirements
* Qualified Dental Nurse.
* Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
* Excellent nursing skills with a thorough understanding of dental procedures and protocols.
