Reading – Office Based (5 days per week)

We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Business Solutions team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building customer relationships while driving sales growth.

What you’ll be doing

This is a desk-based sales role where you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals. You’ll work with both existing customers and new prospects across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the full sales process from prospecting through to close
* Generating new business within existing accounts and winning new logo customers
* Proactively selling ICT, Content Services and MPS products and solutions
* Building strong relationships with customers to maximise long-term value
* Identifying decision-makers and developing opportunities within target accounts
* Managing and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce)
* Following up on marketing campaigns and generating pipeline opportunities
* Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service
* Collaborating with internal teams including technical services and operations to ensure smooth delivery
* Managing business renewals and ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively
* Supporting service desk tickets where required

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is commercially focused, motivated to succeed, and confident engaging with customers.

You’ll bring:

* Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within a similar environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
* Experience managing pipelines and working to KPIs
* Confidence using CRM systems such as Salesforce
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Confidence presenting solutions and tailoring conversations to customer needs
* A proactive and resilient approach, with the ability to use initiative
