An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional Financial Planning Administrator to join this progressive and supportive St. James’s Place (SJP) Partner Practice.
This will suit someone who is proactive, well-organised, and eager to develop within a growing financial planning business. The Practice specialises in meeting the financial needs of Private Clients, Business Owners, Retirees and Medical Professionals.
You will be an integral part of a great team managing the business generated by the Advisers using your administrative expertise. The Practice fosters a professional and innovative environment where the whole team share their skills and knowledge to deliver an unrivalled level of service to their clients.

The Role: Financial Planning Administrator
Includes but is not limited to -
o Providing a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice
o You will be the ‘Go To' person for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries, and chasing providers for funds and information
o Setting up the clients' annual reviews and be able to produce review letters as well as use AI based software to improve the process
o Submitting new business and fund transfers using bespoke software
o Sending out correspondence and requesting detailed information for Pension Transfer cases
o Carrying out fund switches and financial calculations for clients using specific systems and processes
o You will need to ensure that business obtained is being processed in a timely way
o You will be responsible for managing Salesforce and keeping all client details up to date
o Ensuring smooth and organised workflows in the office
The Person: Financial Planning Administrator
o This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a positive and professional self-starter who enjoys using their initiative, is collaborative and has a ‘can do’ working style
o You have experience in working in wealth management and financial planning, ideally for a St. James's Place Partner Practice but not essential if you have good all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop
o You have excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organised and can make decisions
o Ideally you will have used the Salesforce CRM system, and have experience of other administrative support systems
o Most importantly, you are confident in dealing with clients and third parties with total discretion
o Training in some of these areas can be provided if you are looking to develop new skills or further your existing skills
