General information Reference 010335 Publication start date 04/02/2026 Job description Drivers Post description Driver/Fitter - Workshop Division Plant & Tools - Driver Title Driver/Fitter Contract type Permanent Full Time Location Unit 19, Easter Park, Nottingham, NG72PX Location United Kingdom, Midlands, Nottingham Plant & Tools Number of positions to be provided 1 Employment Details Contract hours 42.50 About the role The Role Our nationwide Plant and Tool division hires a range of equipment including diggers, dumpers and small hand tools to companies within the construction, utilities and infrastructure sectors As a Driver/Fitter you will be responsible for loading, delivery and collection of hire equipment to and from the customer site in a timely and professional manner, demonstration (if required) and completing any relevant checks and administration involved for the hire. As a Driver/Fitter duties will also include servicing and maintaining a variety of small plant and tools within the GAP fleet, ensuring that our customers can hire what they want, when they need it.
