Our team is building a dynamic network to meet the changing demands for electricity and increasingly, renewable electricity – safely, securely and sustainably in the communities we serve.At SP Energy Networks, we know people are central to building a better future, quicker and we are seeking new talent to join our team.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Support the delivery of the vegetation management business plan.* Engage proactively with customers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and facilitate the successful implementation of project plans and deliverables that impact local communities.* Contribute to continuous performance improvement by analysing outputs and feedback from both internal and external sources.* Promote and demonstrate exemplary safety behaviours, ensuring full compliance with all relevant safety legislation across all activities.**What You’ll Bring*** Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively.* Ability to communicate audit findings clearly to help improve the outcomes of the vegetation management programme.* Problem-solving skills, with the capability to assist in developing practical solutions to operational challenges.* Technical and operational experience in Overhead Line (OHL) operations.* Ability to achieve and maintain the necessary operational authorisations.**Minimum Requirements*** A recognised qualification in electrical engineering or arboriculture.* Experience in project auditing.* Relevant experience in network construction and operations.* Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.**What’s in it for you**As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
