About the Opportunity As a Consultant, your time will be divided as follows: Conducting secondary research on clinical, commercial and market topics Conducting primary research with KOLs and biopharmaceutical market experts Brainstorming with your team and executing value-adding analyses to support client solutions. Being a role model for the junior team and supporting the development of the junior members of the team Supporting internal team activities with relevant impact (thought leadership, internal training, etc.) Supporting local leadership team building the local culture and teambuilding activities. You will have the chance to channel your advanced degree into strategizing the development and commercialisation of portfolios, assets and brands by integrating therapeutic, clinical and commercial expertise to ensure that clients are able to make confident decisions. You will join a join a Global start-up team across 6 offices around Europe and the US, playing an important role in implementing its growth strategy. You will be responsible for supporting successful advisory engagements across our clients’ product and company life cycles and for supporting revenue growth within both new and existing accounts. The majority of projects will involve global client stakeholders; therefore, knowledge of drug development and commercialisation in global markets is also desirable. Experience and Skills Required One or more of the following degrees: relevant degree in science or biotechnology-related field is a must, PhD, MD, MBA and/or MSc are valued. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience within the biopharmaceutical industry, of which at least 3 year was focused on consulting. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to conduct primary market research and analyse secondary data sources. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
